Zinc Core Wicks
This wick has a cotton outer braid surrounding a thin filament of zinc. Zinc core wicks product the coolest flame and offer the most rigidity of all cored wicks, providing support during pouring and burning.
What do the wick numbers mean?
- The first set of numbers is the thickness of the wick, the larger the number, the thicker the wick.
- The second set of numbers is the speed at which the string goes through the wicking machine gear, the faster it goes through, the
tighter the wick and the slower the burn.
- The third set of numbers is the code for the temperature of the Wax as the wick goes through the various gears.

HTP Wicks
(The American version of German Wicks)
A new line of wicks that combines the benefits of a self trimming wick with the rigidity found in cored wicks. HTP's increased rigidity provides improved Wax pool symmetry and less carbon heading (mushrooming) than the traditional cored wicks.

CD Wicks
The CD wick is a coreless, no directional, flat braided wick with a special paper filament woven around it. This configuration is engineered to promote a maximum and consistent burn. The CD series is used in many different applications and is especially compatible w/harder to melt waxes of both paraffin and vegetable bases.

LX WICKS
The LX Wick is a uniquely braided, coreless, flat wick manufactured with stabilizing threads that ensure an optimum burn profile. This allows for a very stable and consisted flame, which minimizes, or eliminates, carbon buildup (mushrooming) while reducing afterglow, smoke and
soot. The LX series of wicks is designed to improve the burning of paraffin and vegetable waxes in pillars as well as containers.

We are available to answer any technical questions you may have regarding wick selection. It is necessary to test burn for accurate results. We always recommend testing our wicks in the Wax formula first, then add the color & test, lastly add the scent & test a final time. This method, although time consuming, will produce accurate results.
Anytime a formula is changed at all testing should be redone for the optimum results. Many times different scents, colors, or containers require different wicks, as well as different waxes.
Made of a high temperature, heat resistant plastic and designed to fit the 11 oz Tureen Jar and others. Simply adhere the wick to the bottom of the jar, put wick through hole of tool, place on top and bend wick to keep it
tight (or use a paper clip or clothespin). The Large tool has multiple holes for double wicking. Fits inside the 20 oz Tureen when used with the adapters.

For a slower burning candle, refrigerate before using and make sure candle is wrapped in plastic or foil to prevent the wick from absorbing moisture.
After candles have been extinguished, re-center the wick.
Extinguish all candles when they get within 2 inches of the bottom.
To prevent an extinguished candle from smoking, dip the wick into the melted wax.
