Mix, Mix, Mix the baking soda and citric acid. It is very important to Mix both these very well as to not get a grainy bomb. Once its has mixed well add your color, add color Lightly as the Witch hazel will make color show up. Next add your fragrance oil to your personal nose preference. With a squirt bottle add the Witch hazel in your batch while continuing to stir with your other hand. When your batch starts to stick together when squished you need to start putting it into molds. Time is important, if you wait to long your batch will get hard. If too much Witch hazel is added your bomb will start to fizz. Place the batch in molds wait a couple of minutes and tap them out. Let bombs air dry for about 3 to 4 hours. The harder you pack the bombs the denser and more durable they will be.
