Our Return Policy...

All of our products are guaranteed, so if you are not satisfied, simply return item(s) within 30 days from purchase for a credit towards your next purchase (excluding Fragrance oils less than 16 oz., smaller sizes are considered samples for your testing). No Credit Card, Cash, or Checks will be refunded. Also, no returns on electrical items unless defective (scales, hot plates, wax cutter knifes, etc.) Most of these items are covered by the manufacturer and have mail in warrantees and can be returned to them.                                                                 

All Product returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  Absolutely no returns after 30 days of purchase.

A. Ordering

Taylored Concepts does not have an online shopping cart at this time.  If you would like to place an order, we have several other convenient options for you.

1. Call in your order.  We have a local number as well as a toll free number for your calling convenience.  Please call in during business hours (Tues. - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm).  Please have your order ready as well as your full name, phone number, billing and shipping address and your payment information.                                                      Local #: 972-671-5661  Toll Free #: 866-322-9944.

2. Fax in your order.  Please include your full name, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment information.  Fax your order 24 hours a day.  (972) 671-5664

3. Email your order.  Please include your full name, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment information.  If you are paying by credit card, please phone in or fax in your number, do not leave your cc number over email as it is not a secure server.  Email your order 24 hours a day.  robert@tayloredconcepts.com.

B. Payment Information

Taylored Concepts accepts most major credit cards including Visa, M/C, Discover, Amex and Diners Club.  We also accept payment through Paypal®, or Money Orders by mail.

1. Paypal® - If paying by Paypal®, please include your Paypal® ID with your order.  We will send you an invoice through Paypal® as soon as we have shipping calculated.  We will ship your order as soon as we have received payment from you.

2. C, Shipping

We use UPS Ground for all shipments unless otherwise requested or for international shipments.  We can also ship UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Select.  Please call for a price quote on shipping as these expedited forms of shipping can become quite expensive.  Please see the map below for shipping times to your area of the country from our location in Dallas, TX.

*Please note that we require 1-2 business days for order processing at our location.  If you request an expedited shipping method, please understand that does not change the amount of time it takes for us to process the order (1-2 bus. days).  We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and speedy shipping, so please understand that your packages will be treated with the utmost of importance and we will ship it as quickly as humanly possible.

D. International Orders

We use the United States Postal Service for all international shipments.  We do require the use of either Paypal® or a direct money wire from your bank to our bank for payment of international orders.  We cannot accept personal checks, money orders or credit cards for international orders.  When ordering, please include which form of payment you would like to use and we will contact you with the total including shipping as soon as we have shipping calculated.  We will then email you through Paypal® or give you instructions on how to wire the payment.
