NEW IN STORE CREDIT POLICY

All credit received by a customer are in store credits. We will do our best effort to accommodate each and every customer who has an in store credit. The most efficient way to make sure you receive your credit is at the time of occurrence. If this is unable to be met Taylored Concepts Inc. will honor your in store credit for a period of 90 days, after credit has been issued.

NOTE: THE ASTM has declared that 175 is the Maximum temperature that the Candle Container can be when the melt pool has been achieved on your candles. Any thing above this can be a hazard. Please check your candles to comply with these standards.
